July Pocket Money 2017
Each month my husband and I allot a certain amount as "pocket money". This is discretionary spending that can be for anything we want. If you want to hear more about where this series came from, check out the first post- June Pocket Money.
The late post (it's September!) mixed with a planned shopping trip in August makes this a short post.
Original Budget $100
Amended Budget $102 (When we notice a category is going to be overspent, we adjust our entire budget to stay at zero. Giving each of us $2 extra in our pocket money meant I moved $4 from other places)

Total Spent: $16- way under budget!
Saved for Capsule Wardrobe: $86- Woo!
Reflections/Goals: I can be super careful with pocket money when I know I have a shopping trip in the near future.
